With a coast rich in seabirds, woodlands with warblers and flycatchers, uplands with
grouse and birds of prey and wetlands with wildfowl and waders, Wales has a lot to
offer birdwatchers. We have picked twelve key sites, one for each month of the year,
and show the birds you might expect to see at that time of year. An added bonus is
the inclusion of mammals, cetaceans, butterflies and dragonflies.
